Installation:

Install Everything from the latest download.

I found this website http://www.bitbenderforums.com/vb22/showthread.php?postid=311808 that had advice on partioning.

I heard that you really only need a swap file and one other partition but I decided to go the tradional route and fount this website that had recommended partitions for a 10 Gig drive, but since mine was only 6 Gig I simply kept the same ratio.
