- Rosetta Stone Spanish Language 1 and 2 - works , no problem
- Avid Video Editing - Doesn't like audio hardware: Perhaps new Total Recorder will help - Nope, doesn't like audio on laptop
- Adobe Premiere 6.5 - fortunately this still works
with MPEG Encoder fix
- Total Recorder 5.1 - Error Installing - New version fixed it
- Apple iTunes - Works
- Apple QuickTime Pro - Works
- Thunderbird Email Client - Works
It works with gmail wonderfully
- Firefox Browser - Works
- Toon Boom Animation Software - Works
- Aikido 3D - Vista had a problem with HW fingerprint, but they sent like for new version. Then it worked
- Sounforge 4.5 (Very old now, so will it work with Vista?) - Works
- DVD Lab Studio - Works
- DVD Decrypt - Works
- WS FTP - Works
- CISCO VPN - My old version failed
- Apache - works - but an error message at boot
- PHP - Still not working
- MySQL
- Gimp - works
- AVG Free Anti Virus - Works
