  1. A space computer that is at least half way decent
  2. A DSL Connection
  3. A Home Router
  4. A Simpe Home Network

I found Verio.com that offered it for $9.99 a year (http://www.verio.com/domain-name-registration/)

When I did it they offered a placeholder. Now they offer 25Meg webspace and email. But I didn't need that for this anyway.

Once you have the name you have to setup an account with ZoneEdit.
